The Friends are grateful for your membership, your donations of books, your time, and your financial contributions to help us support Library programs and collections. We couldn’t do it without you!

Books

We welcome your donation of books, DVDs, and CDs in good condition. You may drop off a small number of items (one to three bags) at the SLO Library in the marked bin to the right of the inner entrance door. For larger donations, please fill in the book donation form.

Financial

Please consider annual donations to the Friends of the Library, as well as remembering us in your Estate Planning.
To donate online, click the button below. We use PayPal to process credit card transactions, but you don’t need a PayPal Account. When the PayPal screen appears you may select to pay with a credit card, or with your PayPal account.

Donate on eBay

If you sell on eBay, you can donate all or part of your profits to SLOFOL. Select San Luis Obispo Friends of the Library as your charity and select a donation percentage (10-100%) for any item you list. When the item sells, the donation is automatically sent to us and you receive a donation receipt from eBay.
